About the Role
As an Education Specialist – Mathematics, you will design and develop high-quality assessments that measure students' conceptual understanding and learning outcomes. You'll collaborate with curriculum experts, product teams, and engineers to create assessments aligned with multiple school curricula.
What You'll Do
- Develop curriculum-aligned Mathematics assessment items across different grade levels.
- Create, review, and quality-check assessment content for conceptual accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment.
- Ensure assessments effectively measure conceptual understanding and application skills.
- Align content with CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, and other curricula.
- Analyze assessment performance data to identify learning gaps and student misconceptions.
- Work closely with field teams to understand assessment requirements and timelines.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, educational trends, and assessment best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and delivery.
- Manage assigned projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
- 1–5 years of experience in education, assessment development, curriculum design, or educational research.
- Willing to relocate to Bangalore and work from office 3 days a week.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual understanding of Mathematics across middle and secondary school levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with educational assessments or curriculum development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analysis is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional Mathematics knowledge are encouraged to apply.
