Role PurposeTo lead and own the Experience Centre (Etomosphere) by delivering high-quality demonstrations, developing classroom-ready EdTech solutions, collaborating with OEM partners, and driving institutional engagement through structured programs and initiatives that increase meaningful footfall.
Key Responsibilities1. Experience Centre Ownership- Manage end-to-end operations of the Experience Centre
- Ensure all products are demo-ready, functional, and well-presented at all times
- Maintain inventory, assets, and overall experience quality
2. Demonstrations & Academic Integration- Deliver structured, engaging, and insight-driven product demonstrations
- Translate product features into practical classroom applications
- Build subject-wise and grade-wise teaching workflows using EdTech tools
- Continuously enhance demo storytelling and experience design
3. OEM Coordination & Product Expertise- Work closely with OEM partners for product understanding, updates, and training
- Stay updated on product capabilities and roadmap
- Act as the internal product knowledge resource
4. Solution Development- Design and develop integrated teaching and learning solutions using multiple products
- Create demo scripts, use-cases, and implementation frameworks for schools
- Continuously innovate and refine solution offerings
5. Experience Centre Footfall & Program Management- Drive walk-ins and institutional visits to the Experience Centre
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling and follow-ups
- Conceptualize and execute programs such as:
- Teacher workshops
- School leadership sessions
- Product experience days
- Ensure consistent pipeline of visitors through structured planning and outreach
- Track and improve monthly footfall metrics
6. Institutional Exposure & Insight Building- Visit schools and classrooms to understand real teaching challenges
- Translate insights into improved demos and solution development
- Maintain documentation of learnings and improvements
7. Procurement & Coordination- Support procurement planning for Experience Centre requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for setup and readiness
Candidate ProfileQualifications & Experience- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience
- Exposure to EdTech, smart classrooms, or digital tools preferred

- Monthly Experience Centre walk-ins and engagement programs conducted
- Experience Centre readiness and management
- Contribution to innovation and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Accommodation Support: paid directly to accommodation provider
- Performance-based incentives linked to KRA achievement
