Job Summary:
Responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing student enrollments for the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and partners
- Generate leads and convert them into admissions/enrollments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute outreach activities, seminars, and campaigns
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in business development/sales (education preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work independently
