Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Sales Representative based in Chennai. The Education Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective students to promote SOE Global's programs, guiding them through the enrollment process, and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying potential leads, conducting consultations, assisting students with course selection, collaborating with the marketing team, and achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to create impactful presentations.
- Understanding of the education sector, preferably with knowledge of ACCA programs or finance and accounting education.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and report management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales and enrollment targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in education sales or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
