# Job Description: Sales & Marketing Professional

## About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Professional** with proven experience in **direct sales to Schools, Colleges, Educational Institutions, or Education-related Enterprises**. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales closure.

## Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new leads in the education sector
* Build pipeline through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits
* Schedule and conduct meetings with School Management, Principals, Admin Heads, and Decision Makers
* Deliver compelling product presentations and demos
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
* Handle complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
* Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
* Maintain CRM / sales reports and pipeline tracking
* Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and implementation
* Represent company at education events, expos, and conferences

## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum **2 years of proven B2B sales experience** in Education / EdTech / School / College Product Sales
* Strong network / understanding of education sector preferred
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve / exceed sales targets
* Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused personality
* Comfortable with field sales and direct client visits
* Proficient in MS Office / CRM / Sales Reporting Tools
