Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Education Sales Executive role based in Noida. The role involves engaging with students and professionals to provide personalized consultations on online and distance education opportunities. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, offering tailored program recommendations, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process. The Education Sales Executive will also manage follow-ups, maintain documentation, and foster excellent customer relationships to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build rapport with prospective students and clients.
- Knowledge of educational programs, counseling, and the ability to align degree programs with career goals.
- Experience in customer relationship management and client follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Basic technical skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using common software for professional communication and record-keeping.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; prior experience in educational sales or counseling is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Indian education landscape, particularly UGC- and NAAC-approved programs, is advantageous.
