*Job Summary:*
The Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) will act as the primary point of contact between SpeEdLabs and partner schools. The role involves coordinating academic implementation, ensuring quality delivery, conducting training sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with school stakeholders. The position requires extensive travel within the state.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Act as the primary liaison between SpeEdLabs and partner schools
- Ensure effective implementation of academic programs in assigned schools
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and learning outcomes
- Address and resolve academic or operational concerns raised by schools
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and administrators
- Prepare and share regular progress and performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve academic delivery and content
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and policies
*Travel Requirement:*
- Travel within the assigned state is mandatory
- Visit partner/customer schools
- 15–20 days of field travel per month
*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/education management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in regional language is mandatory
- Personal laptop is required
