Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Sales Consultant based in Dehradun. The Education Sales Consultant will focus on building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and institutions, providing guidance on university programs, and encouraging enrollment. Key responsibilities include conducting presentations, creating strategic marketing and recruitment plans, identifying new student prospects, and managing the admissions process to achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Knowledge of education systems in India and an understanding of various academic disciplines, especially those offered by the university
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
- A keen interest in education and student guidance
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field; prior experience in education consulting or sales is preferred
