Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads from webinars, marketing campaigns, and website registrations.
- Conduct counseling calls and explain program details and outcomes.
- Follow up with prospective learners and manage the enrollment pipeline.
- Work towards monthly enrollment targets.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, preferably in EdTech or training institutes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and guide learners in making informed career decisions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
