Role Overview:
We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of student onboarding, sales conversion, batch coordination, and program execution. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and understands education sales + operational coordination.
You will be a key point of contact between students, trainers, and the core LFWA team, while actively driving enrollments and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for LFWA programs
- Pitch LFWA courses confidently and convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Suggest upsell / cross-sell opportunities where relevant
Program & Student Coordination
- Create and manage student batches and WhatsApp groups
- Allocate students to trainers and programs based on level & availability
- Coordinate class schedules, batches, and trainer assignments
- Act as the single point of contact for students post-enrollment
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handholding of students
Strategy & Process Improvement
- Bring fresh ideas to improve sales funnels, follow-ups, and conversions
- Suggest improvements in communication, onboarding, and student experience
- Track leads, enrollments, conversions, and drop-offs
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM / tracking sheets
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams
- Share daily/weekly sales updates and insights
- Ensure alignment between promises made during sales and program delivery
Operations, Admin & Reporting Responsibilities
- Validate and cross-check trainer payment reports, session logs, and attendance records
- Ensure accuracy of trainer hours, batch allocations, and payout calculations
- Coordinate with trainers to resolve discrepancies in reports or schedules
- Handle daily management and administrative tasks during shift hours
- Maintain updated records related to students, trainers, batches, and payments
- Support smooth day-to-day operations and ensure process compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3+ years of experience in education sales, program coordination, or operations
- Strong communication skills (English required; French is a plus but not mandatory)
- Confident on effective communication and comfortable handling objections
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working evening/night IST hours
- Experience with WhatsApp-based sales, CRM tools, Google Sheets is a plus
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment

The expected salary range for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience). We are open to discussion for the right candidate.
