Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and experienced special educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The candidate will be responsible for creating an inclusive classroom environment and helping students achieve academic and developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Provide one-on-one and small group support
- Assess and track student progress regularly
- Use multisensory and activity-based teaching techniques
- Work closely with parents, counselors, and teaching staff
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Maintain documentation and progress reports
Required Qualifications- B.Ed. / M.Ed. in Special Education
- Relevant certification in Special Education
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children with special needs
Key Skills- Strong understanding of learning disabilities and developmental disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Ability to customize lesson plans
- Classroom management and observation skills
