Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Education Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs, developing curricula tailored to specific project needs, and conducting research to enhance program effectiveness. Key responsibilities include evaluating educational initiatives, leading workshops, providing ongoing support to students and teachers, and ensuring the program’s alignment with the organization’s goals. The role also involves collaborating with team members and stakeholders to expand outreach and improve education outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Curriculum Development
- Proficiency in Research and Analytical Skills to improve program outcomes
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact with stakeholders and deliver presentations effectively
- Prior experience in education programs or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Passion for social impact and working within underserved communities
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
