Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Loan Expert (Study Abroad) at our Kozhikode office. The professional will guide students and families in understanding, selecting, and applying for education loans to support their international academic aspirations. Responsibilities include advising on loan options, assisting with documentation, coordinating with financial institutions, and offering exceptional customer service to address queries and concerns. The role also involves close collaboration with students to understand their unique needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in education, training, or teaching, with a passion for supporting students pursuing international study opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and financial institutions
- Customer service experience, with the ability to address inquiries, provide clear guidance, and ensure client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on completing loan documentation and other administrative tasks accurately
- Proficiency in understanding financial products or prior experience in educational loans is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic office environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field preferred
