Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Education Loan Counselor. The Education Loan Counselor will guide students through the process of understanding and applying for education loans, liaise with financial institutions, and provide tailored financial advice. The role includes responding to inquiries, evaluating loan options, assisting in documentation, and ensuring a smooth application process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Servicing and knowledge of various loan products and processes
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and experience in Finance
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively support students during the loan application process
- Proven Sales ability with a focus on helping students find suitable education funding
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience working in education financing or the study abroad sector is a plus
