Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Education Loan Consultant (Freshers). The Education Loan Consultant will assist students in understanding and acquiring educational loans, guide clients through financial processes, and provide clear and accurate financial advice. The role also involves addressing customer queries, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with financial institutions to ensure a seamless loan process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Loans and Financial Services
- Skills in Customer Service to effectively address client queries and provide tailored assistance
- Proficiency in Finance and Sales with the ability to explain and guide clients through financial solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant educational background in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Experience or internship in consulting or financial advisory roles is an advantage
