Role Description to support EMEA time zone (Europe, MiddleEast and Africa- time zone)
Key Deliverables - Delivery
- Proactively support business strategy by executing on all operations, delivery asnecessary.
- Coordinates and completes class preparation, managing training requests and engagements to ensure quality deliveries for public, boot camp,private engagements, etc.
- Monitors classes in progress and reviewsfeedback and evaluations to identifytrends in quality, ensure completion, and successful completion of class objectives by students. Resolves simple inquiries and issues and escalates other issuesrequiring attention.
- Provides public and private course confirmations, reminders, and cancellation management, including simple and direct communication with students, instructors, or internal teams.
- Organizes and maintains syllabi, course materials, evaluations, assessments, projects, and certificates for private engagements. Works withininternal division to accomplish tasks.
- Communicates and works collaboratively with internal teams such as sales,and builds rapport and trust among instructors, subcontractors and training vendors.
- Maintains effectiveness in classscheduling and resourceallocation
- Maintains and ensuresinstructors are in compliance with LearnQuest educational policies and procedures
- Evaluating all training interventions and communicating resultswith all key stakeholders, utilizing all data gathered to improvefuture training.
- Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of Trainer Pool.
- Maintain vendor relationship for trainer pool management.
- Responsible for creating apublic calendar published on LQ website, regularly follow up with sales team, as necessary.
- Ensure that delivery functions adhereto all processes and tools to achievethe set business goalsand timeline.
- Evaluate the feedback of effectiveness of trainingprograms and take appropriate actionsto enhance and deliverprogram quality.
- Coordinate and support design customized training content based on the training needs and business requirements.
Key Deliverables - Operations
- Ensures training logistics are defined, communicated, verified, and followed through precisely, complying with class and operational deadlines. These include, but not limited to:
- Class Materials and resources o Management of labs/images
- Assignment of facilities
- Instructor resources
- Host virtual courses
- Registration, Enrolment and Evaluation
- Troubleshooting, Help Desk
- Purchase requisitions, Order forms,Billing
- Monitoring webinars, taking attendance, assisting instructors
- Work collaboratively with Internal Global Operations team, Sales, and Vendors, to ensure effective communication for smooth business operations.
- Responsible for Order forms, Purchase Orders, and other ordering documents/contracts are completed on time and accurately and ensure billingis done on a regular timely manner.
- Support Client projects that require special processing and operational tasks for internal projects.
Key Deliverables - Administration
- Ensure all training deliveries and operations are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Coordinate timely courseware, printing dispatch and delivery at the training venue.
- Administer complete training logistics.
- Work within our proprietary systems and software packages, keeping all records complete and accurate.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, AI).
Previous experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in training delivery and/or coordination.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and communicating with clients, instructors, vendors, and/or internal stakeholders, preferably within sales support, client success, training, or related operational environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the learning or training-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, IT or related field or subsequent certifications.
