We are looking for an Education Counsellor who can guide prospective learners in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. This role combines counseling, sales orientation, and student success management to ensure a seamless learning journey and high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals and recommend suitable UG/PG courses, certifications, diploma programs, and career outcomes aligned with their goals
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into admissions
- Drive enrollments by effectively communicating the value proposition of our course offerings
- Address student queries, concerns, and escalations promptly
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Monitor student enrollment progress and follow up regularly to increase conversions
Experience:
- 3 months – 1.5 years of experience in student counseling, EdTech sales, academic advising, or related sales roles
- Prior Experience in inside sales or counseling in EdTech/startups is a strong advantage
- FRESHERS looking to dive into EdTech Sales are encouraged to apply
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to balance counseling with target-driven performance
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
