Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Education Counsellor to guide students through Germany education pathways and support them from inquiry to enrollment.
If you are passionate about counselling, strong in communication, and confident in student conversions — we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students for Germany education and career programs
- Handle inquiries through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Guide students from inquiry to admission/enrollment stage
- Maintain CRM updates and student records
- Coordinate with operations/backend team for smooth processing
- Participate in webinars, seminars, or student events when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in overseas education / visa counselling
- Good understanding of Germany education programs
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Conversion-focused and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using CRM, email, and basic computer tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹22,000+ (Depends on Experience)

📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
