Job Description – Sales Counselor
Position: Sales Counselor
Product: Data Analytics / Data Science Courses
Ticket Size: Up to ₹50,000
Location: Dwarka Sector 13, Delhi
Working Days: 6 days in a week, Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month+ incentive
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and convert leads for DA/DS courses.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from counselling to enrollment.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales/counselling, preferably in EdTech.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
