Job Summary
Weare looking for a dynamic and confident Educational Counselor to guide and counsel
students regarding courses offered by IEM. The candidate will be responsible for handling
student inquiries, explaining course details, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining
strong student relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding event management courses and career
opportunities.
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads professionally.
Explain course structure, fees, admission process, and career benefits.
Follow up with prospective students for admission conversion.
Maintain proper lead and admission records.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for student onboarding.
Conduct counseling sessions and assist during admission drives and seminars.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience.
Achieve monthly admission targets and counseling goals.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Goodknowledge of counseling and student handling.
Basiccomputer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM handling preferred).
Positive attitude with target-oriented approach.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream.
Experience in educational counseling, telecalling, sales, or admissions preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
