Job Title: Education Counselor
Location: Kayamkulam (Candidates from Kayamkulam and nearby areas are highly preferred)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right academic and career pathways. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counseling ability, and a passion for helping students plan their higher education journey in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career options
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Support students with registration, application, and enrollment processes
- Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for student conversions
- Assist in education expo events, seminars, and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (any stream)
- Experience in education counseling / academic advising preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills
