Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
About the RoleIndo European Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and passionate Education Counsellor to join our Chandigarh branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a professional and presentable personality, and a strong understanding of the overseas education industry. The role involves guiding students throughout their study abroad journey while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and destination countries.
- Guide students through admissions, applications, documentation, and visa processes.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Coordinate with admissions and visa teams for smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Candidate Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong knowledge of overseas admissions and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
