Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor, located in Noida. The Education Counselor will engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and provide counseling on a wide range of courses offered by the organization. Responsibilities include guiding students in selecting appropriate programs, offering career counseling services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining relationships with students to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the enrollment process. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, Educational Consulting, and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
- A deep understanding of the education sector and program offerings
- Ability to maintain an empathetic and supportive approach to counseling
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed records of interactions
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the EdTech or education industry is an advantage
