Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Education Counselor role located in Noida. The Education Counselor will guide and support students in identifying suitable educational and career paths based on their interests and capabilities. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, providing career advice, assisting with educational program selections, and addressing student queries. The role also involves communicating with prospective students and their families to drive admissions and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Education program delivery
- Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide individuals in selecting appropriate educational and career paths
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and professionals
- Ability to evaluate student needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Prior experience in educational services or career guidance is an advantage
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating knowledge of industry trends and training programs
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
