Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor, based in Gurugram. The role involves guiding students in selecting appropriate educational paths, providing career counseling, and assisting in decision-making processes related to education and career opportunities. The Education Counsellor will also communicate with students and parents, offering personalized support and building strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and understanding of the education sector
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support learners in their journey
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to connect with students and parents effectively
- Knowledge of education systems, institutions, and pathways
- Empathy and the ability to provide thoughtful guidance
- Previous experience in the education or counseling sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
