Be Medic Academy is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and result-driven Education Counsellors to join us!
📍 Position: Education Counsellor
🏠 Location: Remote (Work From Home)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours
🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
📅 Weekly Off: Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
✅ Counsel prospective students regarding our healthcare education programs.
✅ Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups.
✅ Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
✅ Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
✅ Achieve monthly enrollment targets while delivering an excellent student experience.
Who Can Apply?
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔ Experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Academic Sales, or Inside Sales is preferred.
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
✔ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Comfortable working in a remote environment.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
📌 A 1-week On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be conducted before employment begins. During this period, your communication skills, learning ability, and sales performance will be evaluated. Candidates who successfully meet the required performance expectations during the OJT will be offered full-time employment. Your employment will officially begin only after the successful completion of the OJT.
