We are looking for passionate and result-driven Education Counsellors to guide prospective students and help them choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding our training programs.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information and career guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent pre-admission support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, coaching centres, or higher education admissions.
- Prior experience in tele-counselling or inside sales will be an added advantage.
