Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated and student-focused Academic Advisors to guide learners in making informed education and career decisions. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Counsel students via calls, chats, and in-person interactions
● Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses/colleges
● Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and timelines
● Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments
● Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
● Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria:
● Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates preferred)
● Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets
● Willingness to work from office in Gurgaon.
Mandatory Requirement:
● Personal laptop is required
