JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assessing the students' applications on the basis of their qualification and eligibility.
- Should have knowledge of Australia study visa.
- Coordinating with the clients/students to collect their documents, and check the authenticity of their documents, convert them into a folder.
- Supporting and guiding the students throughout their admission process by taking their queries.
- Guiding them about the entry level requirements of colleges and universities in order to complete the admission form smoothly.
- Maintaining regular communication with students, parents and abroad universities for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems if any.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Outstanding oral and written communication in English language.
- Should have knowledge of study visa.
- Proficient in Computer skills such as - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with phone calls and emails from client.
- Ensure that record keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained.
- Understands meaning of good customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Keen to learn new skills within the team.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
