🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales / Academic Counsellor
📍 Location: [Work From Home]
🕒 Work Mode: Full-time | Monday–Saturday (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Prime Pathway is expanding its team! We’re looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales / Academic Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students and working professionals toward the right career opportunities.
🔍 Role Overview
As a Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective leads, counselling them on Prime Pathway’s programs, coordinating demo sessions, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.
âś… Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential leads (students & working professionals)
Counsel prospects on programs and services
Schedule demo sessions with senior consultants
Follow up post-demo to address queries and concerns
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
Conduct a minimum of 2 valid demo sessions daily
Maintain accurate lead data and updates in CRM
🎯 Requirements
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (mandatory)
Experience in EdTech / Study Abroad / Inside Sales preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented mindset
Immediate joiners preferred
