Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Education Counsellor / Telesales Executive responsible for contacting prospective students, generating walk-ins, and converting leads into admissions. The candidate should have strong sales skills and the ability to achieve monthly admission targets.
Roles Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls on provided leads and databases
- Generate walk-ins and follow up with prospective students
- Counsel students regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
