Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and assist them in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves handling inquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding courses and career options
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
- Provide end-to-end admission support (documentation, enrollment, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling/sales (EdTech preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
