Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Senior Education Counselor to guide prospective students and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales or education counseling with a strong track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding university programs and admissions process
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Handle student queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Provide complete information about courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in EdTech sales, education counseling, or related sales role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/admission targets
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented with high motivation for admissions achievement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be comfortable working from Noida Sector 16 location
