🚨 We’re Hiring: Education Counsellor | Fly Talk Academy | Mira Road, Mumbai
Fly Talk Academy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Education Counsellor who is passionate about sales and guiding students towards successful careers in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel & Tourism.
📍 Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Sales / Education Counselling
🎓 Minimum Qualification: HSC with Experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage student leads through calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries
• Consistently follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
• Provide career counselling and guide students about suitable courses and career opportunities
• Handle the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment
• Maintain accurate lead records and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
🔹 Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Education Counselling
✔ HSC pass (minimum qualification required)
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✔ Target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
✔ Ability to professionally handle student and parent queries
