Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor with at least 1+ year of experience in K12 counselling. The candidate will work closely with our EdTech clients to handle student/parent counselling, guide them about programs, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle counselling calls and admission enquiries for K12 programs
Guide parents and students regarding courses, curriculum, and admission process
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
Convert prospective leads into final admissions
Maintain proper communication records and counselling data
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth admission processes
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience in K12 Education Counselling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to achieve admission conversion targets
Basic understanding of EdTech/admission processes preferred
Positive, professional, and student-focused approach
