Role Overview:
As a Counsellor at Crack-ED, you will play a crucial role in connecting learners with life-changing career opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates and a key link between students, hiring corporates, and partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, sourcing partners, and recruitment channels.
• Handle end-to-end vendor onboarding, coordination, performance tracking, and accountability.
• Collaborate with colleges, universities, and training institutes to source potential candidates.
• Represent Crack-ED in institutional discussions, events, and collaboration activities.
• Strengthen the candidate supply chain through effective B2B partnerships and sourcing ecosystems.
• Connect with candidates to explain the program and align them for interviews.
• Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations.
• Track candidate progress post-interview and ensure corporate selections convert into revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
