Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Education Counsellor, based in Noida. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through their academic and career decision-making processes. Daily tasks include conducting consultations with students and families, providing personalized education plans, advising on study destinations, managing application and documentation processes, and offering support with visa procedures. You will also coordinate with universities abroad and maintain updated knowledge of global education systems and trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel students and their families
- Knowledge of overseas education systems, visa procedures, and admission processes
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple student profiles and application deadlines
- Proficiency in research and providing market insights related to global education
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to provide tailored guidance to each client
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools for documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Prior experience in education counseling or abroad education consultancy preferred
