Pegasus Wellbeing Club (PWC) is Pegasus’s flagship global early childhood enrichment
programme, designed to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time:
Pegasus Wellbeing Club is a 12-week, ready-to-run enrichment programme delivered
inside preschools.

wellbeing journey.
The Problem We Are Solving
Today’s pre-schoolers are facing:
● Shorter attention spans
● Emotional dysregulation
● Reduced creativity
● Overdependence on screens
● Parents are unsure how to replace screen time meaningfully
Preschools want to help, but lack plug-and-play enrichment models that engage parents
without increasing workload.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India, for Education Coaches and Counsellors. Responsibilities include providing personalised educational consultations, conducting one-on-one student counselling sessions, offering career guidance, and delivering structured educational programming aligned with Pegasus' mission. The role requires fostering strong communication with children, parents, and stakeholders to ensure an engaging and impactful learning environment, as well as enhancing the children's overall educational journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and delivering effective learning strategies
- Experience in Student Counselling to support academic and developmental growth for the age group 3-8
- Strong Communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and educators
- Knowledge of Education systems and an understanding of the developmental needs of children
- Empathy, patience, and an ability to inspire and guide children
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
