About the Role
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented candidate with a UPSC preparation background to join our admissions team. This is a completely office-based tele-calling role focused on converting leads into enrollments for Civil Services preparation programs.
The role requires consistent follow-ups, persuasive communication, and the ability to guide aspirants toward the right course selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective UPSC aspirants from provided leads
- Explain course offerings, batches, pricing, and preparation strategy
- Handle objections and provide clarity to potential students
- Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions
- Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have prepared for UPSC (Prelims and/or Mains exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of UPSC syllabus and exam structure
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable working in a target-driven tele-sales environment
- Own laptop required
- Willing to work from Bhopal office
