Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education/Admission Counsellor role based in Noida. The counsellor will guide prospective learners through the full admission cycle, including responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings and certifications, and recommending suitable programs aligned with their career goals. The role involves conducting counseling sessions (in person, by phone, and online), following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. The counsellor will collaborate with the sales and academic teams to support enrollment targets, coordinate with trainers and operations for batch scheduling, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily responsibilities also include handling queries with a strong customer focus, sharing program updates, and contributing feedback to improve counseling processes and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills to engage with diverse learners, explain complex information clearly, and build trust.
- Customer service and sales skills to handle inquiries professionally, convert prospects into enrollments, and manage objections ethically.
- Education-related experience or interest, preferably in professional training, higher education, or career counseling.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in education, business, psychology, or related fields is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM systems, email, and office productivity tools for lead management and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida with a target-driven mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or EdTech/training industry is preferred but not mandatory.
