Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education/Admission Counsellor based in Noida. Key responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about courses, and addressing inquiries about program offerings. The counsellor will manage student enrollments, assist with documentation, and support students in selecting the right courses for their professional aspirations. Additionally, the role involves reaching out to potential candidates, maintaining a database, collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and stakeholders
- Proven customer service skills and ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally
- Experience or aptitude in sales, including the ability to persuade and guide students through enrollment decisions
- Background or knowledge in education industry, with the ability to understand and recommend suitable courses
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
