Position: Senior Team Leader (EdTech – Inside Sales)
Location: Bangalore (open to candidates across India)
Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in EdTech (mandatory)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Senior Team Leader to lead our inside sales function. The role involves managing a team, driving revenue through EdTech offerings, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor daily performance metrics including leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Guide the team in effectively pitching skill development programs and online internships
- Ensure high levels of team productivity and accountability
- Conduct regular training, feedback, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Required)
- Strong knowledge of sales practices within the EdTech domain
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
Requirements:
- 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)
- Prior experience in handling a sales team or leading a group of associates
- Strong understanding of inside sales processes and conversion strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Highly target-driven with a results-oriented approach
