Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an EdTech Sales Team Leader located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The EdTech Sales Team Leader will oversee a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the team, analyzing sales data, engaging with customers, and driving overall business growth. The individual will work collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights
- Proven experience in Team Management, including mentoring, motivating, and driving performance
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in Sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in problem-solving and strategic planning
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the EdTech sector or a passion for education and technology is a plus
