Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over calls and guide them toward enrolling the courses.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
Clearly communicate the benefits and features of the courses
Build rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs
Follow up with leads to ensure conversions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in skill course sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and self-driven
Comfortable working independently from home
Basic computer and CRM usage skills
