Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves end-to-end B2C sales ownership, including lead engagement, counselling, demos, follow-ups, and closures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with targets, customer conversations, and consultative selling in the EdTech space.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Edtech Sales professional with at least 2 years of experience. The position is based in Noida. The responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing the end-to-end sales process, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves closely collaborating with other departments to align business strategies with customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective Training to clients or team members
- Goal orientation with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Problem-solving abilities and aptitude for building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with Edtech solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
