Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering kids (ages 5–14) worldwide through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.
Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai
Working days- 6 days
Working hours - 11am - 8pm
Work setup- In office
Week off- Sunday
Candidates from Mumbai only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inbound leads through chat, phone calls, emails.
- Keep the CRM system updated regularly to ensure accurate lead tracking.
- Handle and follow up on leads effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Negotiate and close business deals in line with company goals.
Requirements:
- The candidate should be proficient in English.
- Experience working in the edtech industry will be a plus.
- Only candidates who have maximum 2 years of experience in sales will be considered for this profile.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
