Role Description The Edtech Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on driving revenue growth for Globelance’s edtech-related offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, and converting inquiries into enrolled learners or active clients. The specialist will manage the entire inside sales cycle, from understanding customer needs to presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. The specialist will track performance against targets and provide feedback on customer trends and market oppor
tunities.Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills, including managing end-to-end sales cycles and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with Lead Generation, prospecting, and qualification through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand learner or client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage prospects and present offerings clearly.
- Customer Service mindset, with the ability to build long-term relationships and manage post-sale follow-ups.
- Previous experience in edtech, SaaS, or education sales is highly preferred.
- Comfort using CRM and sales productivity tools, along with basic data tracking and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple leads simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
