Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Inside Sales Associate. In this role, the associate will drive lead generation, engage with prospective customers, address queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with leads, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The associate will also provide excellent customer service while maintaining detailed records of interactions and achieve sales targets collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with an ability to identify and engage potential customers effectively.
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive experiences and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to maintain and grow customer relationships post-sale.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and meet targets.
- Experience in the edtech industry or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
