Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Edtech Counselors at our Bengaluru location. The Edtech Counselors will be responsible for providing academic guidance to prospective students, addressing inquiries, and helping them choose suitable courses based on their needs. The role also entails maintaining records of interactions, supporting students through the enrollment process, and collaborating with the team to develop and execute strategies for student engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in advising and guiding students or clients in an educational or professional setting
- Ability to effectively analyze student needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Edtech platforms or educational services is an advantage
- Proficient in working with diverse age groups and backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
