Position: Education Counsellor
Location: Noida
Experience: 1 to 3 years
We are looking for dynamic and result oriented EdTech Counsellors to guide students regarding Online UG/PG programs and Study Abroad MBBS admissions.
Job Summary:
•Connect with prospective students and parents from provided leads via calls and consultations
• Counsel students on study abroad programs and relevant educational opportunities based on
their profile and goals
• Advise on university/program selection, eligibility, admission requirements, and fee structures
• Handle end-to-end application processing including documentation and submission
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel and convert them into
admissions
• Handle objections confidently and close admissions
• Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams for seamless processing
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, or Academic Sales.
• Prior experience in Online UG/PG admissions counselling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
